You can have a refund as long as the item is returned within 30 days from the transaction, you have the receipt, and the item is brand new, unopened, unused and in a resaleable condition.

Please ensure you keep your postage certificate as well as proof, in case your returned parcel goes missing.

Kindly note that no refunds can be accepted on the following products: Mascaras, Nail Polishes, Lip Glosses, Lipsticks, Eye Liners.

Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

We will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method (credit card).
